Ask a Doc Limited (“Ask a Doc”) provides its service on this website (“the Service”) to you(“the user”), subject to the following Conditions for Use ("Conditions"), which may be updated by Ask a Doc from time to time without notice to you. You should review the Conditions periodically for changes.
The service is not for emergency purposes. For emergencies call an ambulance or seek assistance from the nearest health service provider.
The user is encouraged to seek a second opinion from their Doctor on the content in the service.
The documents contained in the Service are presented for information purposes only. The material is in no way intended to replace professional medical care or attention by a qualified practitioner.

These Conditions (including the guides and rules referred to herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and Ask a Doc and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Ask a Doc. The Conditions and the relationship between you and Ask a Doc shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. You and Ask a Doc agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts. Any failure by Ask a Doc to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Conditions remain in full force and effect.
Ask a Doc recommends users who find inappropriate content to contact us immediately in order Ask a Doc may take such action as we in our sole discretion deem fit, including removing any content.
